Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in European Law — Middlesex University London.
- Master's degree in European Law — Utrecht University, Netherlands.
- Worked with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE), analysing Court of Justice of the European Union cases on air passenger rights and Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 and contributing to the Commission's position in those cases.
- Consulting on passenger rights and flight compensation claims since 2017.
